සංගමයේ සුභ සාධක අරමුදල
අප සංගමයේ සුභ සාධක අරමුදල සියළුම සාමාජිකයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ සුභසාධන අවස්ථාවලදී උපකාරීවීම පෙරදැරි කොට, වර්ෂ 2006 ක් වූ ජූනි මස ආරම්භ කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩපිළිවෙල ඉතා සාර්ථකව සාමාජිකයන් හා යැපෙන්නන් විශාල පිරිසක් වෙනුවෙන් ප්‍රතිලාභ ලබා දෙන ලදී. සෑම මසකම රුපියල් මිලියන 2 ක කට වඩා වැඩි ප්‍රතිලාභ ප්‍රමාණයක් සාමාජිකයන් අතර පහත සඳහන් ලෙස ලබා දී ඇත. තවද වර්ෂ 2016 ක් වූ ජූලි මස සිට සංගමයේ අඛණ්ඩ සාමාජිකත්වය දරන, වෙනත් කිසිදු ප්‍රතිලාභයක් නොලැබූ සාමාජිකයින්ට විශ්‍රාම පාරිතෝෂික මුදලක් ගෙවනු ලැබේ.
- සංගමයේ සාමාජිකයෙකු රැකියාවේ සිටියදී මියගිය හොත් රුපියල් 35000/= ක දීමනාවක් ඔහුගේ/ඇයගේ භාර්ය්‍යාවට/ස්වාමිපුරුෂයාට හෝ යැපෙන්නන්ට ගෙවනු ලැබේ.
- සාමාජිකයෙකුගේ පවුලේ සාමාජිකයෙකු මියගිය හොත්(මව, පියා, භාර්ය්‍යාව/ස්වාමිපුරුෂයා හා කාලත්‍රයාගේ මව, පියා යන අය සහ අවුරුදු 21 ට අඩු යැපෙන දරුවන් සඳහා රුපියල් 10000/= ක දීමනාවක් ගෙවනු ලැබේ. The Welfare Fund of the Union The Welfare Fund of our Union was launched in 2006 with the objective of assistance to our members in their times of distress. It has been in operation very successfully up to now and disburses over 2 million every month to qualifying members. Ours is the largest welfare fund, operated by a national union in Sri Lanka.Starting from July 2016 a retirement gratuity will be paid to those who have completed 10 years unbroken membership in the fund. Present Benefits
- Upon the death of a member while in service, a sum of Rs. 35000/= will be paid to the wife/husband or dependents.
- If a family member of our member, dies (Wife/Husband, Dependent children under 21 years, Mother, Farther, Mother-in-Law and Father-in-Law) a sum of Rs. 10000/=. will be paid to the member.
